Like many other 86-year-olds, Johanna Quaas likes to get her exercise.

But this German octogenarian isn't walking around with two-pound weights. She's nailing gymnastic moves like it's nobody’s business.

Quaas, who has been doing gymnastics since she was 30, showed off her floor exercise and parallel bars routines last month at the 2012 Cottbus World Cup in Germany, the Post Chronicle reports.

Quaas has won 11 medals in senior citizens competitions, according to MSNBC, although she said any gymnastics she does now are merely for her own enjoyment, since going "against 70-year-olds all the time is no fun after a while," she told a local TV station.

Hear what Quaas had to say to Gym Media here, and watch one of her routines below.
