Daniel Nava Recalled From Pawtucket, Will Hit Sixth in Series Opener With ClevelandDaniel Nava is back in Boston after setting Pawtucket on fire, and he'll jump right into the heart of the Red Sox order on Thursday night against Cleveland.

The outfielder will hit sixth and play left field for the Sox as they get ready to kick off a four-game set with the Central-leading Indians at Fenway Park.

It's Nava's first return to the majors since he made his big league debut in 2010. Nava famously hit a grand slam in his first major league at-bat back in 2010, and he ended up playing 60 games with the big club that year. In those 60 games, Nava hit .242 with the one home run and 26 RBIs.

Nava was red-hot in Pawtucket at the time of his call-up, hitting .447 in his last 10 games. He was also hitting .435 with runners in scoring position for the season.
