Aubrey Huff Could Be Headed to DL After Tripping Over Dugout Barrier Celebrating Matt Cain's Perfect GameAubrey Huff was excited after his Giants teammate Matt Cain threw a perfect game on Wednesday night. Unfortunately, he was also a bit clumsy.

Huff tripped over the dugout barrier while trying to hop over it and rush the field with his teammates. He hit the ground so hard that he may have injured his knee.

The veteran first baseman is having an MRI taken on his bruised knee, according to The Mercury News, and he may be headed to the disabled list.

That continues a trend of players injured celebrating no-hitters, as Mets pitcher Ramon Ramirez was also hurt while celebrating Johan Santana‘s no-no.

The lesson here? Probably to stop throwing no-hitters. They’re just becoming too dangerous.
