What do you get when Boston Children’s Hospital combines former Seinfeld star John O’Hurley with sports icons from the Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics, Patriots and Revolution? One heck of a cause called the Champions for Children’s dinner and auction.

The dinner and auction, which were emceed by O’Hurley, benefit the programs at Boston Children’s that make it one of the best hospitals in the country. Patriots punter Zoltan Mesko received the 2012 Champions Award and was honored at the dinner.

Here are some of the best photos from the event which took place at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston.
