Don SterlingDonald Sterling apparently isn’t over V. Stiviano.

Sterling’s wife, Shelly, called police to report a burglary at the former Los Angeles Clippers owner’s Beverly Hills residence. When cops arrived, they didn’t find a thief. Instead, they found V. Stiviano, the Los Angeles Times reported Thursday.

According to police, Stiviano didn’t budge and said she was invited by Donald Sterling. Because of this, no arrest was made.

It also turns out that Shelly called 911 after receiving secondhand information about V. being with her husband at their home, Lt. Lincoln Hoshino said, per the Times.

Sterling’s wife isn’t very fond of Stiviano for obvious reasons. She has sued her for embezzlement and believes she took advantage of a man who she claims isn’t fully together mentally. Donald Sterling was forced to sell the Clippers after his racist rant — recorded by Stiviano — was leaked on the Internet.

It’s unbelievable how one of the strangest sports stories of the year could take a turn for the worse, but it has.
