Tom Brady, Peyton ManningPeyton Manning and Tom Brady have done battle their entire careers, but it’s clear there’s a mutual respect between them.

The two legendary quarterbacks have piled up records and championships since they broke into the NFL, and it was Manning who was in the spotlight Sunday night in Denver. The Broncos signal-caller hooked up with Demaryius Thomas in the second quarter for his third touchdown pass of the game. It also was touchdown pass No. 509 in Manning’s Hall of Fame career, breaking Brett Favre’s NFL record.

A celebration quickly ensued starting with a little game of keep-away between Denver’s receivers and Manning. Also a part of the celebration was a video from NFL greats past and present congratulating Manning on the achievement. Brady was one of those featured in the video.

“Congratulations, Peyton on your touchdown record, a great achievement,” Brady said. “We’ll see you in a few weeks.”
