The Winnipeg Jets as they’re currently constituted haven’t been around very long.
The Jets, of course, started out as the Atlanta Thashers, an expansion team which played its first season in 1999 before eventually moving to Winnipeg to re-assume the Jets brand prior to the 2011-12 season.
No matter where they’ve played their hockey, the Thrashers/Jets have had talented offensive playmakers. That hasn’t always translated to playoff success, but there certainly have been some impressive numbers over the years.
