The Texas Rangers saw the Arizona Diamondbacks’ Churro Dog, and they raised them a fried S’mOreo.

Delaware North Companies, the food service and hospitality company in charge of refreshments at Globe Life Park in Arlington, will have two new concession stands at the stadium this season. “State Fare” will offer up some crazy fried food options, while “Just Bacon” will serve, well, bacon.

They won’t just be frying up regular old strips of bacon, though. Rangers fans and other stadium goers can dish out $7.50 for bacon cotton candy, $8.25 for candied bacon coated in cinnamon and chili powder or $12 for a maple bacon ale.

But don’t worry, vegetarians. There are plenty of artery-clogging snacks that don’t involve cured meats. The $5 chicken-fried corn on the cob might tickle your fancy, but we have our eyes on the $8 fried S’mOreos — a deep-fried, graham cracker-breaded marshmallow sandwiched between two fried Oreos with a chocolate drizzle.

The “State Fare” stand also will have fried pickles, funnel cake fries and brisket mac’ and cheese balls, per ESPN.
