The New England Patriots hit the road for the Kentucky Derby.
We know Derby weekend is one of Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s favorites, and it appears he’s rolling with a pretty big crew this year, including a couple of high-profile teammates.
Brady posted this photo to Facebook on Friday, with teammates Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman making an appearance.
As you can see, those aren’t the only teammates tagging along with No. 12. So, yeah, those guys are going to have a much better weekend than you are.
Also, it appears Brady actually might try to attend both the Derby in Louisville, Ky., and the Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao megafight Saturday night in Las Vegas. According to one report, Brady was trying to get tickets for the fight, and as the Wall Street Journal pointed out earlier this week, it technically is possible to do both — especially if you’re Tom Brady.
