The Boston Red Sox have a chance at a series win against the Detroit Tigers, and they’re going for it without Pablo Sandoval or Hanley Ramirez.

Ramirez is sitting again Sunday after being a late scratch Saturday with a sore foot that’s been nagging him for weeks, and Sandoval seems to be getting a routine day off after going 0-for-5 in Saturday’s 7-6 loss. Alejandro De Aza will take Ramirez’s spot in left field and bat sixth, while Brock Holt will shift over to third base and lead off the order.

Josh Rutledge will fill in at second base and bat eighth.

Henry Owens will get his second start for the Red Sox after taking a tough loss in his MLB debut. Owens struck out five New York Yankees and walked just one over five innings Tuesday, but he wound up with three earned runs when reliever Robbie Ross Jr. allowed his two inherited baserunners to score. The young lefty had been pitching with a 2-1 lead, but he watched it turn into a 13-3 loss.

Here are both teams’ lineups for Sunday.
