The Pittsburgh Steelers might already be trying to receive some intel on the New England Patriots before their Week 1 matchup.

The Steelers claimed linebacker L.J. Fort off waivers from the Patriots on Wednesday. The Patriots released Fort, who was with the team for two weeks, on Tuesday.

The San Diego Chargers also claimed tight end Logan Stokes off waivers from the Patriots on Wednesday. Stokes had two week-long stints on the Patriots’ 90-man roster this summer.

The Patriots still have one spot open on their 90-man roster as they hold joint practices with the New Orleans Saints in West Virginia.
