Just weeks after reportedly agreeing to a record-setting endorsement deal with Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper, Under Armour again reached into its pockets.

UCLA and Under Armour just agreed to a 15-year, $280 million contract, according to the Los Angeles Times. It’s reportedly believed to be the biggest shoe and apparel deal in NCAA history.

“We knew that we were well-positioned to cut a deal,” UCLA athletic director Dan Guerrero told the Times. “Under Armour came at us hard.”

Ohio State, Michigan and Texas all recently signed monster contracts with Nike, but Under Armour came over the top to land UCLA. Under Armour reportedly was looking to add a major West Coast program to a stable that includes Notre Dame, Auburn and Wisconsin.

A source told the Times that UCLA will receive $15 million in cash up front as part of its new deal. The school then will receive approximately $11 million annually in rights and marketing fees.
