Nick Fairley is in some hot water again.
The Lions defensive tackle was arrested early Sunday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol and trying to elude police, according to Fox10TV.com in Mobile, Ala.
Fairley was reportedly cited and ticketed for an open container, reckless driving and having no proof of insurance. He was released on Sunday morning just after 9 a.m. upon posting $1,750 bond.
This marks the second time the 2011 first-round draft pick has been arrested this offseason. In April, Fairley was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Fairley's rookie season was shortened due to a foot injury. He played in 10 games with 11 tackles and one sack.
