So many life lessons, J.J. Redick. So many.
While most teenagers may turn to pop stars like Justin Bieber for life advice, Redick is handing out some good rules for the future — and getting himself to a Bieber concert in the process.
Redick spent a recent off night in Orlando listening to Bieber, and he told Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel that he was there because his wife, Chelsea, wanted to go.
“A happy wife is a happy life,” Redick said. “I have a general rule that if I have an off day during the season, that I owe it to her to do what she wants unless it’s harmful to my well-being. Her and her friends wanted to go.”
While the obvious plug there would be to capitalize on things that are “harmful to my well-being,” we’ll leave Redick and Bieber alone this time. Even if Bieber is totally ripping off Redick’s haircut.
