This isn’t the best week to be Tom Brady.
The New England Patriots quarterback was one of the stars of the Wells Report, which concluded he “was at least generally aware” of team employees’ alleged efforts to circumvent NFL rules by illegally deflating footballs before or during the AFC Championship Game.
The league has yet to announce whether it will punish Brady based on these findings, but many already have declared that the future Hall of Famer’s image has been tarnished in their eyes.
