It looks like Jim Calhoun will get at least five more seasons to try and add some extra hardware to his mantle at UConn. The Hall of Fame men's basketball coach agreed to a new five-year contract with UConn, ESPN.com reports.

According to ESPN.com, the new deal will give Calhoun a raise from his current $1.6 million salary, though terms of the deal will be released later by the university once it is official.

Calhoun, 67, is in his 24th season with the Huskies and the last season of his current contract, which expires on June 30, 2010. He has led UConn to three Final Four appearances and two national titles (1999 and 2004).
