If you need an interesting take on the national sports scene, it's always a good idea to check Chad Ochocinco's Twitter feed — provided you can overlook the grammatical disasters that are laced throughout his posts.

"Watching ESPN Roger Clemens is in serious truble , as a pitcher how does steroids help? I'm confused," he wrote.

After learning from his followers that the best benefit was probably the ability to recover in time to perform every fifth day, Ochocinco was not sold, even offering his own suggestions.

"Smh, faster recovery," he wrote. "all you do is put ice on that part of the body or get in the cold tub, stem and ice combo helps also, even sex helps."

He then revealed his secret to success: eating McDonald's.

"[Eating McDonald's] has side effects like HGH," he explained. "They include –>Prolonged bathroom time, Teenage grade acne, Double artery stress, ketchup on the shirt."

Needless to say, the wide receiver should be expecting a phone call from Clemens soon, as Rusty Hardin can't defend this case by himself.
