Chris Bosh may have been a follower during the "Summer of LeBron," but the Miami Heat power forward knows how to stand out in real estate.

According to the Miami Herald, Bosh purchased a brand new mansion on North Bay Road in Miami on Friday that gives Lebron James’ house a run for its money.

While Lebron dropped $50 million on a gargantuan megaplex, Bosh spent only $12.5 million (the house was listed for $16 million). Plus, Bosh's home has no former tenants, whereas LeBron now lives in the wake of Pat Riley. And while the price tag accounts for the difference in size, Bosh's new digs beat LeBron’s in both style and functionality.

Bosh's 12,000-square foot home looks like the lovechild of a Steve Jobs product and a Kanye West music video location. Yes, that's a compliment.

The sleek, all-white design with 20-foot living room ceilings and gorgeous views of Biscayne Bay should give Bosh a life of luxury and relaxation. Even though the house has a gym and an elevator, there's nothing too ostentatious, whereas Lebron's palace is rumored to have become self-aware and developed an ego bigger than that of Lebron’s.

As a bonus, Bosh will now be neighbors with Matt Damon.
