Quarterback controversy: over. Michael Vick is the Eagles' No. 1 man.

That news came Tuesday afternoon, when head coach Andy Reid told reporters that Vick will be the starter when the Eagles play the Jaguars in Jacksonville on Sunday.

Because the Eagles traded away quarterback Donovan McNabb in the offseason and openly handed the reins to Kevin Kolb, who suffered a concussion in Week 1. Vick stepped in and looked like his 2004 self, completing 63.8 percent of his passes for 459 yards, three touchdowns and no picks and rushing for 140 yards on 18 carries.

Kolb was 5-of-10 for 24 yards before leaving the Week 1 loss with his concussion.
