Delonte West served his suspension and made his return to the Celtics last week. That return came to a literal crashing halt on Wednesday night.

West left the Celtics' game with the New Jersey Nets after falling hard to the floor in the act converting a lay-up in the second quarter.

The team later confirmed that the guard had suffered a broken right wrist.

West was signed by the Celtics in the offseason and made his season debut Nov. 17. He was suspended the first 10 games of the season for weapons charges stemming from last season.
