The tennis superstar has been spotted at several events sporting a multi-colored, bedazzled cast. From courtside at the Miami Heat-Phoenix Suns game to crutching her way down the orange carpet at the Dolphin’s Thursday night matchup with the Bears, Williams’ cast is making a fashion statement in the sports’ circuit.
Williams announced her withdrawal from the Australian Open on Thursday. She had surgery after cutting her foot on broken glass following her win at Wimbledon in July, and has played in just one exhibition match since the injury.
To say she was “enjoying” the Heat game may have been an overstatement, as Miami suffered a 123-96 loss to the Suns.
