FOXBORO, Mass. — Four players were missing from the Patriots' practice Thursday, which was likely the coldest sessions of the season.

Linebacker Brandon Spikes, safety Patrick Chung, defensive lineman Myron Pryor (back), cornerback Jonathan Wilhite (hip) and defensive lineman Mike Wright (concussion) were all missing from the media portion of practice, which was conducted outside in sweats and shells. Pryor was listed as limited on the participation report, which means he showed up after the media departed.

Spikes and Chung were absent for non-injury-related reasons, according to the participation report. Chung dealt with a knee injury that kept him out of two games earlier this season, and Spikes was a late addition to the Week 3 injury report with a calf issue, but he hasn't missed any games this season.

Quarterback Tom Brady was also present for the Patriots' fifth consecutive practice. He hasn't missed a session since last Tuesday, although he has been limited for each practice.
