Beanpot Brings College Hockey Fans Together for Unique Experience at Bud Light Viewing Parties (Photos) Gathering with family and friends at a bar is a good way to prepare for a big game.

On Monday night, college hockey fans met at Sullivan’s Tap, The Harp, McGann’s and The North Star for Bud Light viewing parties before heading to the TD Garden for the semifinals of the Beanpot.

Fans proved that the Beanpot college hockey tournament is an important event. Boston College supporters revealed their desire for a repeat and devotion to Jerry York. Boston University fans reminisced about when Beanpot was referred to as the “BU Invitational.” Northeastern fans think this is the year the Huskies finally break through and end a 23-year Beanpot drought. But it was very difficult finding Harvard hockey fans, whose team lost 4-0 in the opening round of play against Northeastern.
