It appears as though Carmelo Anthony is finally coming to the East Coast.

The Nuggets and Nets have agreed to a deal on Friday that would send Anthony to New Jersey, reports the Bergen Record.

The deal, however, hinges on Anthony's contract extension.

Should Anthony agree to an extension offer, owner Mikhail Prokhorov and the Nets will receive Anthony, Chauncey Billups, Sheldon Williams, Melvin Ely and Renaldo Balkman from the Nuggets. In turn, the Nets will send Devin Harris, Derrick Favors, Troy Murphy, Ben Uzoh and four first-round picks to Denver.
