Mark Teixeira's $4.5 Million Texas Mansion Features Ultimate Man Cave, Saints Coach Sean Payton as Tenant (Photos) When Sean Payton announced he was moving back to Texas for family reasons back in early February, there was quite a bit of criticism questioning the coach’s loyalty to his team in New Orleans.

Nevertheless, the head coach received the blessing from the Saints’ organization and picked up to move back to the area where he always wanted to settle after serving as an assistant coach for the Dallas Cowboys from 2003-2005.

Payton found his new Texas digs in Westlake, renting the former home of Yankees’ first baseman Mark Teixeira for $15,000 per month. Teixeira has had difficulty selling the property since he was traded from the Rangers in 2007, and finally decided to lease the home.

The five bedroom home features a long list of amenities, including a theater, a game room with a bar and a separate guest house. Check out the photos of Payton’s new home at the photo gallery link below.
