With Liverpool reportedly planning as many as 22 transfer deals this summer, there are sure to be some names thrown around over the next month and a half. On Monday, that list included Gael Clichy and Chung-Yong Lee.
Clichy, 25, has been with Arsenal since 2003, but contract talks have reportedly broken down with the left back. According to CaughtOffside.com, Liverpool is planning an “ambitious” £9 million bid for Clichy.
Lee, 22, has scored seven goals in 59 appearances for Bolton, and he’s “re-emerged as a target for Liverpool,” according to Sportingo.com. Lee won’t come cheap though, with his price tag expected to be between £6 million and £10 million.
