There's a billboard supporting Tim Tebow in New York already, but don't worry Mark Sanchez, it's not that kind of billboard supporting Tebow — at least not yet.

The new Jets quarterback is already seeing his marketing presence felt in the biggest sports market in the world, as the underwear company, Jockey, already has a Tebow billboard up in the Tri-State area.

ProFootballTalk points out that the new billboard is greeting commuters outside the Lincoln Tunnel, according to the Newark Star-Ledger.

PFT also has this, from a Jockey release, saying that the new billboard "plants a stake in the ground that NYC is now officially Tebow-country."

Tebow's ascension to starting quarterback in Denver may or may not have been helped along by a billboard — paid for by fans — calling for Tebow to usurp Kyle Orton as the starter. Those fans eventually got their wish, and Tebow was even reportedly fined for not speaking out against the billboard.

For now, Sanchez seems safe, though — unless he wears anything but Jockey.

Check out the billboard below.
