Xavi, Carles Puyol Photograph Forces Catalan Newspaper to Republish CoverA Catalan paper was forced to republish its latest edition when pictures of Xavi and Carles Puyol on the cover were deemed controversial. A reprint was issued with a more bland celebration picture.

The Dirty Tackle, which first reported the story, also printed some of the agency pictures that show the compromising picture in its unedited version. Whatever eager editor got away with printing the first edition will surely take the now "limited edition" home with him as a sign of success.

The first edition was hilarious not only because of the imagery, but also becasue the image was placed right above a sex ad saying "sex is vital." For the Barcelona fans still reeling from the loss in El Clasico (that practically eliminated them from the lead), they sure enjoyed having something to laugh about before facing another elimination match Tuesday.

The team faced Chelsea in the second leg of its Champions League semifinals and was eliminated on aggregate after drawing Chelsea 2-2 on Tuesday.
