Well here’s a plot twist.
The judge who sent Chad Johnson away to jail for 30 days for slapping his attorney’s rear end, Katie McHugh, is legally blind, according to Gossip Extra. The rookie judge has said she suffers from Stargardt’s Disease. McHugh can’t obtain a driver’s license due to the disorder.
Johnson was set to receive a plea deal when McHugh told Johnson to thank his lawyer. Johnson did so by slapping his attorney’s butt. The courtroom laughed, including the bailiff, and McHugh sentenced Johnson to 30 days in jail during the probation hearing for not taking it seriously enough.
