Chelsea fans hope darkness will ensure Stamford Bridge remains a house of horrors for Tottenham Hotspur.

The Stamford Bridge blackout made for a dramatic setting as the teams walked out of the tunnel onto the field.

Stadium staff quickly fixed the problem, however, and the game began as scheduled.

Chelsea, the Premier League leader, hasn’t lost a home game against Tottenham since 1990.
