Gilbert Arenas hasn’t played in an NBA game since 2012, but apparently he still has plenty of game.
On social media, that is.
The former Washington Wizards guard always has been pretty active on Instagram, and he emerged Tuesday to take a shot at Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant on the day 2K Sports released its popular video game, “NBA 2K16.”
Arenas’ Instagram posts can be hit or miss, but this was pretty solid.
The reference here obviously is to Bryant’s propensity for shooting the basketball in large quantities and his reputation of not being the friendliest teammate.
Of course, Arenas chucked up his fair share of shots during his NBA career, but we’ll let that slide and let him have this moment.
