The AFC Wild Card Game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals might have been even dirtier behind the scenes.

There was plenty of controversy during Saturday’s matchup, especially coming from Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict. And apparently, there’s one more offense to add to Burfict’s list.

Steelers guard David DeCastro told 93.7 FM’s “The Fan” in Pittsburgh that Burfict spit on him during the Steelers’ 18-15 win. Of course, this is only a claim, but we have a feeling NFL fans are going to rush to believe DeCastro.

Burfict delivered a dirty hit to Ben Roethlisberger, which is how the Steelers quarterback was injured. He also ended the game with a particularly brutal hit to wide receiver Antonio Brown, putting the Steelers in field goal position and setting them up to win.
