Charlie Sheen won’t throw the first pitch at any of the 2016 World Series games, but social media allowed him to leave his mark on this year’s Fall Classic.

The Golden Globe-winning actor donned his “Rick Vaughn” jersey from the 1989 film “Major League” and declared his support for the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday in a well-received pump-up video ahead of Game 2.

Vaughn was the central character in both “Major League” and “Major League II,” helping the hapless Indians reach the playoffs for the first time in generations.

Sheen offered to throw out the first pitch before one of this year’s World Series games, but Major League Baseball has reserved the honors for former Indians and Cubs legends, according to The Associated Press.

Sheen’s support didn’t inspire the Indians in Game 2. Chicago beat the Tribe 5-1 to even the series at one win apiece.
