Food Fight Near Mall of America Leads to Arrest of 5 Professional Lacrosse Players

Five players from New York’s professional lacrosse team, the Rochester Knights face charges stemming from a food fight incident that ocurred Monday at a Minnesota T.G.I. Fridays’ restaurant.

According to Minnesota’s Kare 11,
“One of the Knighthawk reportedly players threw a menu and hit a nearby Foot Locker employee who was sitting with other co-workers. Police say the Foot Locker employee who was hit confronted the lacrosse player and the fight started after that.”

Three of the players are charged with obstruction of justice and an official for the Rochester Knights said the team is investigating the issue at hand.
