Receiver Taylor Price has become the second of the Patriots' 12 draft picks to sign with the club, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Ohio alum was plucked in the third round of the NFL Draft (90th overall) and has become the highest draft choice from any NFL team to agree to terms.

Per NFL rules, Price isn't allowed to join the Pats workouts because Ohio has yet to hold its graduation. This means Price will be missing out on voluntary organized team activities through June 11.

Center Ted Larsen (sixth round) is the only other draft pick to sign with the club through Tuesday.
