While Lawrence Taylor has avoided jail time stemming from his sexual-misconduct and patronizing an underage prostitute case, instead being sentenced to six years probation, the NFL all-time great didn't get off that lightly.

He will also become a registered sex offender, though the judge will not decide what level of sex offender he will be designated at until an April 12 hearing, according to the Huffington Post.

Taylor's guilty plea came after he had sex with a 16-year-old prostitute, claiming to have believed that she was 19. He was originally charged with third-degree rape, patronizing a prostitute, sexual abuse and endangering a child.

The victim, now 17, wanted to read a victim impact statement at Tuesday's hearing, but that request was denied by the judge, as that is only permitted when a felony, not a misdemeanor, is committed.
