Chris Sale has started throwing from the mound again.
After a long recovery from Tommy John surgery, Sale very much is back on the comeback trail as he ramps up his baseball-related activity.
Despite the excitement, Alex Cora noted fans shouldn’t expect Sale to return to game action in the near future. Although Sale’s return to the field is unclear, seeing him throw off a mound certainly is an encouraging step in his return.
