After coming off a huge win over the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday night, the Boston Red Sox look to take the series with the second and final game Wednesday.

The Red Sox have won the last eight of their nine home games and lead the league in home batting average at .293 at Fenway Park.

Following an off-day, the Sox will head back out west to face the San Francisco Giants on Friday.
